Paris' Walt Disney Studios theme park is universally recognized as the lowest quality Disney park out there, having been designed at the valley of Michael Eisner's cost-control development era back in the late 90s and early 00s. Meant to be a riff off of what is now called Disney Hollywood Studios, it opened with far less than the Florida movie park, making it worthy of not even a half day's visit. The Walt Disney Company recognizes this, however, which is why the park has been in the midst of a longterm redevelopment project that will culminate with a rebranding as Disney Adventure Park. Boring name aside the park will be adding a World of Frozen, a future Lion King-themed land, and a new promenade to a large lagoon area. That's on top of the relatively recent Avengers Campus transformation on the left side of the park.
When the rechristening happens next year, a new pedestrian boulevard will continue from the current Partners Statue through the old Studio Tour entrance and to a new back half of the park. It will feature a lavish, tree-lined park space, at least two new flat rides, a restaurant, and a connection node to the future Adventure Bay and World of Frozen and Lion King land beyond. There's a lot of work happening and on the way, and hopefully, it can bring this long-neglected park into proper quality!

Past that used to be the entrance to the Studio Tour attraction that closed for the park's expansion. |

Next year, this will be the start of a new, vegetation-laden walkway linking to a back half anchored by a new lagoon, similar to EPCOT's World Showcase (but nowhere near that huge in scale). |
