Lunar New Year Showtime

In addition to the culture, the characters, and the food, one of the great parts of the Lunar New Year Celebration at Disney California Adventure is the entertainment that celebrates the different customs and traditions that various Asian demographics hold to commemorate this time of the year.  DCA has done a great job over the years featuring the diversity of global cultures throughout its events, functioning as a mini-EPCOT in its spotlight of the world.  The Lunar New Year Celebration is no different, featuring dances and musical performances from Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese arts.  The photos below are from a few years ago, and the rotation changes, but it's great to see this representation shared on a grand Disney stage!  And it's a part of why this seasonal event has become a very popular favorite!
