Magic Over London
The second scene in Peter Pan's Flight is a classic and nostalgic favorite for any Disneyland guest young or old. The amazing feeling of soaring out of the Darling house and out over the luminous London cityscape is truly magical, inspiring wonder and awe from children and fuzzy memories from adults. This part of the ride--like most of the attraction--is difficult to photograph, since not only is there low light, the vehicle is moving, and the galleon vehicles have the rigging in front that doesn't provide a fully unobstructed view. But that's okay. This environment in particular is strengthened by the emotion it inspires, and that works from a photographic sense too. It doesn't have to be technically perfect. It just needs to conjure up those warm memories flying to the second star to the right!
