A Vision of Paradise

The Christmas season has official passed at the Disneyland Resort, and we're now into the heart of winter.  So for juxtaposition, I thought I'd post a photo of something that is decidedly the opposite of the weather ambiance in Southern California right now.  Currently, we are in the grips of an intense, destructive, and ravenous windstorm that has spawned numerous wildfires, topped trees, damaged structures, and certainly created some howling and intimdating conditions.  That's in stark contrast to the still beauty of the tropical paradise that is the Aulani Resort in Oahu, where the romantic notion of Hawaii is brought to life in a stunning hotel and spa complex, complete with its own beach, water amenities, and dreamlike setting.  It's a marvelous environment that really sparks that vivid wanderlust!
