Christmas at the Wharf
Slipped into the world of Yesterdland, but not quite, are the Christmas buoys of Pacific Wharf. They retain their holiday spirit in San Fransokyo Square (well, they did last year, at least; they mysteriously haven't shown up this year yet), but back in the day, they were charming, floating Christmas decor for Pacific Wharf. The angle of the buoys, in front of bridge into the themed land and the iconic ferris wheel over Paradise Bay beyond, has always been a great holiday composition, so it's one of those photos that I have to post every year.
The floating Christmas buoys in the old Pacific Wharf waterfront have always been so charming. |
