Villainous Visuals

The first time I attended the Oogie Boogie Bash three years ago, I found that Villains Grove was my favorite attraction of the event.  This was unsurprising--I had expected it would be after seeing images of this unique, visually saturated, ethereal walkthrough that celebrated Disney villains in a creative display of lighting, projections, lasers, smoke, and soundtrack.  Guests never actually see any villains themselves in this attraction. Instead, the different forms of media are combined to impart the sense and ambiance of Disney villainy, from Claude Frollo to the Queen of Hearts to Scar and the hyenas to Dr. Facilier.  It's an emotional journey that dazzles with spectacular visuals, and it's an utterly wonderful experience to take in and photograph.
