Ernesto de la Cruz
Last year's highlight addition to the Oogie Boogie Bash was Ernesto de la Cruz, the villain from the Pixar movie, Coco, and I'm thrilled that he returned this year to grace us with his melodic ballads, suave charisma, and casual, low-key villainy. Not to mention he's another character who has been excellently rendered onto bone on flesh, creating a look that appears convincingly realistic! Ernesto enjoys bantering with fans, and he even absorbed some barbs from a particularly zealous anti-Ernesto Disney fan with grace and machismo, pretending to be completely unaware of any wrongdoing. He also thrills the audience with ballads from time to time, including before his break, showcasing his vocals by singing his hit song, "Remember Me," which was totally 100% original and not stolen at all from some other songwriter who he then secretly murdered. Nope, nothing like that.
