Launching into the Ghost Galaxy

Halloween Time at Disneyland is always so fun and spooky, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how much I miss Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy, the special, sinister overlay of the popular Tomorrowland E-Ticket roller coaster that brought a mix of chills and thrills to a beloved classic.  For whatever reason, Disney chose to discontinue this seasonal version several years ago, but it was a fantastic and even scary ride with projections and the closest thing to Disney jump scares we'll ever see at the Disneyland Resort.  Taking photos on the ride was understandably near impossible, but even the queue provided a hint of the spectral experience to come.

Maybe someday, they'll bring back a new and improved version!
