The Bakery and the Chocolatier

Until Labor Day passes, we'll be interspersing non-Halloween posts with Halloween posts.  Today's trio of photos comes from regular season San Fransokyo Square, particularly the area by the Boudin Bakery and Ghirardelli Soda Fountain stops that have been retained from the land's previous incarnation as Pacific Wharf.  They are mostly the same, though the Boudin Bakery has received new graphics on its grain tower and signage.  But they're still luminous and nostalgic sights at night, and their vibrant ambiance make for great photo moments.  Add in the end of night stillness, and you have an environment ripe for an evocative and alluring atmosphere!
