The Tower Behind the Facade

For anyone who really misses the Tower of Terror that existed before it was transformed into the Guardians of the Galaxy ride at Disney California Adventure, go to France! There, at Walt Disney Studios--the sister park to Disneyland Paris--the Hollywood-themed Tower of Terror still thrills riders.  Situated at the back of the Production Courtyard, it stands as the parks "weenie," or iconic architectural element.  It's a clone of the old DCA version--other than its concrete structure that actually makes it one of the most expensive rides ever constructed on a per unit cost.  But it's got the same aesthetic that was part of the Southern California iteration for many years.  Just keep going forward, past the facades flanking the Production Courtyard, to find this thrilling drop ride!
