Parked at the Filling Station

It's been a few years since Condor Flats was folded into Grizzly Peak and rebranded Grizzly Peak Airfield. Celebrating the aviation history of California, this part of Disney California Adventure takes the form of a rustic, forest-side air strip with a few amenities and one, prominent attraction.  As enjoyable as Soarin' is, the little details of this area are also pretty charming.  This refreshment station with an old Rambler station wagon parked to the side is a prime example.  It recalls a bygone era with its vintage nostalgia, and it's luminous environment at night makes the scene even more evocative!

Late night at Grizzly Peak Airfield is a placid affair.
