With a lovely fountain, the iconic Carthay Circle Restaurant, and a lively, classic Los Angeles ambiance, this is a scenic and vibrant place to grab photos to celebrate the rebirth of the year.  Here are a few shots of the environment as Carthay Circle celebrates another emergence from the winter!
