Blue Ornament Valley

Ornament Valley takes on so many different personalities depending on the time of day and ambient setting.  On a sunny afternoon, it captures the majesty of the desert, while at night, its luminous natural features evoke the splendor of the wilderness.  And during twilight--that point past the afternoon but before the settling of the evening, the cool, darkening blue skies contrast against the warm Southwest red rock lighting to evoke something moody and in transition.  It's especially augmented when puffy clouds appear, adding texture and visual interest.  And it all ends up feeling satisfyingly sublime!
