The Lion Dancer King

A couple of years ago, the Lunar New Year Celebration at Disney California Adventure featured what I recall as unscheduled lion dancers as part of their celebrations.  This might have been a that-weekend-only event... my memory of the details is hazy now.  But it was really cool to see this cultural expression of Chinese performing arts featured at a high-profile venue like the Disneyland Resort.  That sort of representation meant a lot to me as a second-generation Chinese American, and it's been a real delight seeing Asian cultures featured in prominence during this now-regular tradition at DCA!
