With the way the weather's been this week and the temperatures have been this winter, a white-knuckle water ride is probably the last thing on most people's minds.  If you enjoy the splashy attractions, this is certainly the time of year for you!  But that will change in a few months when the temperatures heat up, and spring turns into summer.  And by the time we get to half a year from now, the scenes below will feel like a quenching relief.
