A Rainy Noir in New Orleans

What started as a pretty dry winter--especially in comparison to last season--has turned wet this past month with several storms rolling through the Southern California area. And while I unfortunately haven't been able to time a trip to the Disneyland Resort during one of these incidents of precipitation (the trick is to go when the rain is light or letting up, vs pouring and unrelenting, which some of these storms have been), I do have photos from past rainy evening trips to the Happiest Place on Earth. So today's photo from a night in New Orleans Square five years ago serves to commemorate the precipitation recovery that February has blessed us with.  The scene is moody enough, anyway!
