A Beautiful Day at the Pier

I realized that I've been posting a lot of nighttime photos lately, which I try to avoid after the Halloween and Christmas seasons, which are so filled with luminous photos after dark.  So I decided to opt for scenes that convey the opposite from this time of year--a waterfront summer vibe that beckons to warmer and brighter days ahead.  The sunny ambiance along Paradise Bay offers a relaxing cheer and scenic views, and it recalls the days of the seaside amusement park from a century ago.  There aren't a lot of those left, and even with its IP-reliant overlay, Pixar Pier still evokes the pleasant nostalgia of this bygone era!
