A New York Christmas

The part of American Waterfront shown in the photo emanates a lot of Main Street vibes for me. In addition to the overhead garlands strung up for the Christmas time setting in which this photo was taken, the turn-of-the-century facades recall a simpler time that has become romanticized over the decades. There are even streetcar tracks embedded in the ground! Although the ambiance here is more urban than Main Street, USA's Marceline, Missouri atmosphere, American Waterfront's New York section still provides nostalgia and beauty, and it really feels like being transported to a historical version of the Big Apple!
