The Verdant Castle Grounds

While that classic head-on shot of the Disney castle is always a favorite view of guests both casual and photographically-minded, there is often more appealing composition when photographing the castle from an angle, because different Magic Kingdom castles around the world have complementary landscape and water features that bring more interest to the scene.  As opposed to the typically concrete-laden front composition, photographing from the side softens the feel of the iconic castle by integrating it into a context that often includes more naturalistic features.  As an example, here is the Tokyo Disneyland castle looking cozy and less object-like within a nestled setting of greenery and a moat extension around it!
