Entering Ornament Valley II
Somewhere along the way of this month, I got so busy that I forgot to commemorate the 11th anniversary of this blog, which happened exactly one week ago. Way back in 2012, Disney California Adventure had just completed its half-decade-long transformation, highlighted by the opening of Buena Vista Street replacing Sunshine Plaza and Cars Land serving as a brand-new expansion. Although many fans scoffed at Disney creating an entire themed land based on an intellectual property, few could deny that the quality of the finished product was superb--the first time the park had truly gotten a piece of world-class Disney design. It was enough to inspire me to start this blog as a photographic tribute to the Happiest Place on Earth, and today's belated anniversary post features the same shot that started Disney Photoblography--just edited with 11 years of additional experience since then!

I love all the color in this shot!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jim! It's actually a bit of a struggle not to edit it *too* red!
