The Centennial Castle
I still haven't had a chance to take late night, empty park shots of the Disneyland castle with its Disney 100 features quite yet, but these photos overshooting the guests at ground level come close. The castle is mostly identical to the normal version, but Flora, Fauna, and Merryweater hold up drapery that magically supports the Disney 100 crest, and a few carefully positioned mini spotlights and some fiberoptic fairy dust illumination offer a bit of pop over the castle. There's also the twin fountains on the water on either side of the castle drawbridge too, though those aren't seen in these photos. But after having some time to absorb it, I think the decorations are an understated and decently nice commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company.
What do you think?
