The Midnight Sweep
Last year, I tried waiting well after park closure for the last of Disneyland's guests to file out of Town Square in order to get a truly empty photo of the Mickey Mouse jack-o-lantern at the end of the night. I failed. Security kicked me out before I could do so.
So I tried again this year. And I almost got it... the guests finally got out of the way, and security let me take one less photo. But he wouldn't stand out of the frame. So this was the result. And the ironic part is that if this security guard in particular had just been a little friendlier and moved out of the way for 10 seconds, I could have gotten two clean exposures.
Alas, I'll have to try again. Maybe third time will be the charm?
I was this close to an empty Halloween Town Square photo, and I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those meddling security guards!! *shakes fist* |
