Light at the End of the Tunnel

Villains Grove is a photographer's dream at the Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney California Adventure. An amazing light projection display that occurs only during the separately ticketed Halloween event, this attraction is dazzling, colorful, and ethereal.  Guests walk through several different areas themed to different villains.  Just when all seems bleak, though, a "sunrise" appears, allowing guests to emerge from this Redwood Creek Challenge Trail overlay unscathed.  Out of all the moments of Villains Grove, the finale may be the most photogenic, as the blinding light in the distance juxtaposes beautifully against the blue-hued forest.  Here are a few photos of this ending part, which reminds us that every night has its dawn.
