The Halloween Tree Reflected
Southern California has been on a pretty extended drought, so imagine the surprise last Friday evening when we actually got some rain to dowse what had been a practically unprecedented ten day heat wave that had scorched the region with heat and humidity--even at night. Turns out the remnants of Tropical Storm Kay provided some much needed (and in some places, too much due to desert environments unable to accept so much rain at once) precipitation. Fortunately, at Disneyland, the conditions were simply constant drizzle, which allowed for a late night photo run to get those much-coveted rainy evening reflection photos, like this one from Frontierland, showing the lovely Halloween Tree mirrored in a puddle!
