Oogie Boogie Carthay Creeps

Carthay Circle takes a much eerier tone during Halloween Time, with trees bathed in purple and the air growing cooler and crisper.  A haunting soundtrack emanates from unknown sources, and chittery sounds echo into the night.  It's punctuated by the occasional laughter and taunts by Oogie Boogie Man, whose handiwork can be seen projected onto the Carthay Circle Restaurant tower.  It all makes for a supernatural scene, and one that looks pretty darn cool at night, especially after a rainstorm!
