Focused on the Halloween Tree
Frontierland's manifestation of Halloween is singular and concentrated--it's almost all centered around the tree near Pioneer Mercantile, from which little jack-o-lanterns and colorful, warm string lights hang. By day, it's a tree that has an autumn appeal upon closer look. But at night, it glows with that October spirit as a tribute to Ray Bradbury's short story, The Halloween Tree. This feature of the park has been around during Halloween Time for many years, and it's embedded in the Disneyland Resort's fall DNA. But it's still a welcome sight, each and every year it returns!
