Creepy Carthay Circle III

It's been several years since Buena Vista Street underwent an Oogie Boogie transformation during Halloween Time to become a dashingly spooky place during Halloween Time, but last year, the area became even more dark and enchanting with the addition of an Oogie Boogie projection on the tower of the Carthay Circle Restaurant--a bit of decoration that had previously been part of the Oogie Boogie Bash only.  This bit of enhancement livens up an already striking looking tower, with its "bats flying out of the belfry" look, and creates a truly fantastic and atmospheric scene during this most haunting time of year!
