Scenes from Fantasyland
I recently took a photographic stroll through Disneyland using primarily my telephoto lens to work on more tightly focused compositions and detail photos to reveal more depth from the beautiful environment that pervades the Magic Kingdom. Fantasyland is an excellent locale for this, because its wonderful European-esque architecture is brimming with great angles and little features that a rushed visitor may overlook. In fact, one of my earliest memories of Disneyland was rolling through this part of the park from stroller height, gazing up at the roof spires and turrets and eaves, captivated by how storybook everything looked. This ambiance was part of the reason I was hooked on Disneyland from an early age! Here are a few snapshots of views from my recent trip that caught my eye.
