Carthay's Spring, Sprung
These colors are long gone by now, but it's still pleasant to look back upon this past spring (well, technically late winter) and enjoy the lovely, pink Tabebuia blooms at Carthay Circle that marked the arrival of another new season and a time of rebirth and revitalization. After missing this event the past two years due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it felt extra special to take in the beautiful blossoms and resulting romantic ambiance. So even though the Trumpet trees are nice and green by now, I just wanted to take a moment to savor the atmosphere that was, just a couple of months ago!
