The Corniest Cruise that Ever Set Sail

Christmas is now in the rearview mirror, and so is the Jingle Cruise, since it was retired several years ago. That's the tie-in for today's post, and I'm sticking to it!  But I do miss the presence that this ridiculous but whimiscal overlay brought to the park. Not only did it provide more Christmas presence in Adventureland, it was also an attraction onto itself--a seasonal specialty that guests had started to expect, similar to the Haunted Mansion Holiday.  It was a fun, photogenic, and entertaining way to experience the holidays, and I'm genuinely bummed that it's not around anymore.  Oh well, at least we have the memories.
