Oogie Boogie's Tower
Last Friday, when I stopped by Disney California Adventure (for the first time in a year and a half), I noticed something new for Buena Vista Street at night. The Carthay Circle Restaurant tower was light up with a spooky projection featuring a skeleton holding a Mister Oogie Boogie sign. With green smoke and bats flapping up, it was a cool visual sight that I had not seen before during Halloween Time. It's possible that this was introduced at the first Oogie Boogie Bash two years ago, similar to how Main Street U.S.A received 3D mapped projections on its facades during Mickey's Halloween Party, but I'm not sure because I did not attend the Bash in 2019. Either way, this was a really neat addition and definitely something my photographer's eye appreciated!
