Cars Land is full of Halloween whimsy and fanciful sights during this time of year. In Radiator Springs (or Screams), each of the buildings along the main drag takes on its own personality during "Haul-O-Ween," and that includes the Courthouse at the end of the street. In fact, this civic building flat out develops its own eerie creature personality, completely with chompy traffic cone teeth and spectral window eyes. It's actually pretty adorable to see how the building has been transformed and anthropomorphized. And it's part of the charm of Cars Land during Halloween Time!
