The Frightfully Fun Parade III
It's been four years since the Frightfully Fun Parade debut at Disneyland as part of the now-defunct (for more than just Coronavirus reasons) Mickeys' Halloween Party. This spooky and enchanting parade was the first formal parade in Halloween Party history, following the footsteps of the previous Mickey's Costume Party Calvacade. Featuring a host of villains, spirited characters, and favorites from The Nightmare Before Christmas and the Haunted Mansion, it provided a beautiful and charming processing of Halloween goodness!
With no Halloween event at Disneyland at all this season, I figured it would be nice to take another look at this terrific production. And perhaps we'll see it return at next year's Oogie Boogie Bash!

Of course, where there is Haunted Mansion, there are hitchhiking ghosts! |
The mood transitions out of the Mansion and into the bayous. |
Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog arrives! |
The parade concludes with a villainous spree. |
A cauldron and spires and spooky candles adorn this gorgeous float. |
Jafar strikes a pose. |
But Cruella de Vil does him better! |
