Center of Mystery

Tokyo Disney Sea is full of spectacular and wondrous ports of call, but perhaps the most epic and enigmatic is Mysterious Island, an ancient, flooded caldera containing two of the park's highest caliber attractions and an ambiance that is transportive and monumental.  Under the shadow of the towering Mount Prometheus, this secret base of operations blends the water, the earth, and bit of a Disneyland Paris Discoveryland aesthetic to awe and inspire.  And although I love every part of Tokyo Disney Sea, this was the area that first enchanted me before I ever set foot--simply through photos and media alone, it was unlike anything I had ever seen in a Disney park.

Having visited the Resort twice, I think it's still like that.
