Few things are lovelier in Disney California Adventure than strolling through Cars Land on a beautiful, bright, blue day with puffy clouds and golden sun and an uplifting ambiance from all the exquisite theming and kitschy architecture all around. It's the type of atmosphere that just elicits joy and contentment, bringing a high-caliber escapism to a park that didn't used to be so premium. This is Route 66, reimagined in Pixar fashion, and it's a nod to the American West's not so distant past. No wonder everything feels so cozy and nice!
