Whenever I'm at Tokyo Disney Sea (all two vacations I've been there) I love the vibe at night over by Raging Spirits. This moody jungle ruin is somehow lit ablaze by some unseen eerie force, and the lighting and fog create an absolutely spellbinding atmosphere. The ride itself is actually a mirrored clone of the Indiana Jones roller coaster in Disneyland Paris. The difference is that Ragin Spirits is a lot smoother, even more themed, and a heckuva lot more photogenic at night. When all the wisping colors come together, they make for a dazzling supernatural sight!
