The Season of Giving
Disneyland Paris' Christmas decorations are a whimsical sort. Clustered mostly around Main Street, they portray a romantic and nostalgic Victorian holiday up until guests reach The Hub. There, several scenes featuring Mickey Mouse and the gang are set up, with the grandeur of Sleeping Beauty's Castle behind them. In all of them, there is a common theme: gift-giving. Mickey arrives on sled with a present for Minnie. Donald offers a gift to Daisy. And Goofy pulls a sled to deliver goodies to others. This is the spirit of Christmas--to offer something to someone else to bring joy to their lives, and in turn enrich yours. So this holiday season, remember the reason for the season. It's about those you care about, and making their spirits bright!
