This is Halloween Time at Buena Vista Street, taken over by Oogie Boogie, going on its third year at Disney California Adventure now. The transformation is striking but oh so lovely, and the ambiance is deliciously brisk. Yes, Halloween Time brings a beautiful scene to the almost-autumn atmosphere!
