Spires are prevalent throughout Batuu. Those towering, petrified remains of ancient trees are so pervasive that they're even in the speech of the locals, and they're constantly visible--be it in the distance of the wilderness or even mingled into the architecture of Black Spire Outpost. Though they are gray by day, at night, they seem to acquire a deep and almost ghostly blue, almost as though they have life to themselves. This could make sense; they were once alive, eons ago. But they're definitely a beautiful part of the Batuu night scene!
