There are parts about the new Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure that I dislike and parts that I do enjoy, and the latter primarily involves areas where they enhanced the existing Victorian seaside pier aesthetic. The entrance to Pixar Pier from what is now known as Paradise Park is one example. The ornate rooftops, vibrant lighting, and dazzling details bring a sensational sense of elegance. The colors just pop, especially under the nighttime sky, and this is one part of the pier that I can say has been improved by the refurbishment that happened last year.
