As much as I enjoy the ambiance of Buena Vista Street, I never feel like I can do it justice in photo--at least no with overview type shots. But when it rains (which is usually a rare occurrence but has been more frequent this season), everything just looks ambient and lovely, and it's hard to mess up any frame because of the extra dimension that slick ground affords. In this particular scene, I also used a more zoomed focal length to compress the perspective more and keep the frame more compact. This meant I had to stand farther away than a wide angle shot, but I think the composition comes out better this way!
