Disney's Asia parks have a pretty strong grip on my top five Disney rides of all time, and sliding in #4 (behind Hong Kong Disneyland's Mystic Manor, Shanghai Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean, and Tokyo Disney Sea's Journey to the Center of the Earth) is Pooh's Hunny Hunt, in Tokyo Disneyland. This wonderful, whimsical, and highly advanced dark ride opened over a decade ago, but there are still few Disney attractions that can top it--a testament to how advanced the Japanese Disney parks were and still are!
Using trackless car technology controlled by radio waves, Pooh's Hunny Hunt takes guests on a lovely journey to blustery 100 Acre Wood, into the psychedelic dream world of Heffalumps and Whoozles, and in search of Winnie the Pooh's most treasured treat. The ride vehicles hover along in a line, go off on their own branches, spin, twirl, and even hop! And it's all a lovely time.
Here are a few snapshots from the queue and within the ride. But they do zero justice to the fantastic ride experience itself!

Welcome to Pooh's Hunny Hunt. |
We start off inside Christopher Robbin's home. |
Off into 100 Acre Wood. |
It's a bit breezy! |
We encounter Tigger, who invites us all to bounce along. |
And we do! And so does the entire room! |
All that bouncing is tiring, so we see Pooh fall asleep. |
A great starfield effect takes us to dream world. |
Domain of Heffalumps and Woozles! |
But in the end, Winnie the Pooh finds his honey after all, and all ends happily ever after! |
