I was a little surprised to see Christmas decorations at Shanghai Disneyland when I visited two years ago. I figured that the park might minimize any connotations to American culture, and while Christmas is universal, it's a western holiday at its core. However, Mickey Avenue and the Gardens of Imagination had their fill of Christas decorations, and the most iconic was the towering Christmas tree in the Gardens of Imagination. Located next to Fantasia Carousel, it provided a prominent beacon throughout the land, and it made for a great holiday portrait!
