Tokyo Disneyland presents a Christmas scene that is familiar yet different to guests walking into it. Throughout the World Bazaar, the architecture is decidedly Main Street-esque, complete with traditional and nostalgic garland and bows and holly hanging overhead, across facades, and at windows. High above, however, a protective glass roof (to shield against the elements--particularly snow) gives a bit of a glasshouse feel to the land, making it feel sort of like a toy box. And yet, the scale of everything still elicits elegant grandeur, especially as guests move forward toward the biggest "weenie" of the park, Cinderella Castle, towering tall, but located oh so far away. It's an interesting holiday flair altogether, but in typical Disney fashion, it still is beautiful!
