The Boudin Bakery tour at California Adventure is nothing special when it comes to walk-through attractions, but it does provide a nice, educational tour of how sourdough is made and offers a glimpse at the Disney bakers making bread for use in the park restaurants! Outside the bakery, a new coach car was somewhat recently "installed" a few years ago, making for a nostalgic scene at the entrance. At night, it makes for a nice subject for guests coming into Pacific Wharf from the Cars Land and Buena Vista Street side of things. Add a towering grain silo, and you've got quite an attention grabbing building!
