It feels like a long time ago now that summer has provided those typical warm temperatures and bright, sunny Southern California days, but this past winter was one of the wettest in recent history, which provided several opportunities for me to actually get those rare rainy evening photos that I previously had never seemed to get. On one particular evening in February, conditions were especially ripe, after a steady drizzle near park closing slickened the ground with a nice reflective layer of rain, then stopped just in time to allow park close-out photography without having to fight those drops of moisture. The result? Pretty, romantic scenes like the on below, from Fantasy Faire!
