The Lava Monster Returns
If you haven't figured it out by now, my posts since the last month have revolved around the theme of "Halloween-y" things--be they spooky ghosts or seasonal attraction overlays or things related to the macabre. And add to that things related to monsters. After all, the horror genre certainly focuses a lot of its attention on grotesque creatures that scare and terrify.
Enter the Lava Monster at Journey to the Center of the Earth, at Tokyo Disney Sea. He appears at a climactic moment, just before riders are launched up the hill to escape out of Mount Prometheus, and he is quite scary! But he's also incredible and quite detailed, and I figure some more photos of him surely would be fitting for this Halloween season!
