The Night Ablaze

A couple of years ago, I found myself over by Big Thunder Mountain when the nightly fireworks began, and with my tripod handy, I decided to see what I might get with a telephoto lens mounted on said tripod.  The results?  Explosive.  Well, visually, at least.  The tight focus off the bursts created a fiery show in the sky, set against the silhouette of the forested foreground, made for a pretty dynamic composition.  Here are a few shots that I liked.
