Disney Vault 28 is one of several Disney-centric stores at Downtown Disney that sell more non-traditional Disney merchandise. Geared toward teens and young women but branded with a more "hip" and alternative style, this store has clothing and accessories for the Disney fan who may no longer find Disney purely magical but still considers Disney to be cool. Maybe not for everyone, but definitely for some ones, and that's part of the great diversity of Disney appeal.
