Being "trapped" inside Disney California Adventure last Friday evening was a bit of a frustrating experience, since I had really wanted to see the public premiere of the Paint the Night parade and Disneyland Forever fireworks inside Disneyland park, but I tried to make the best of the circumstances. The sunlight (or lack thereof) didn't quite cooperate during daytime hours, though, so I didn't really start taking pictures until the evening. Fortunately, the heavy clouds lent themselves to a nice blue hour, and with the decorated Carthay Circle Restaurant tower as a back drop, this street scene of Carthay Circle ended up being a rather nice result.

Bit of self-criticism: I should have stepped out to the left just a
bit to get the overhead Red Car Trolley lines out of obstructing the top
of the Carthay Circle Restaurant tower. Ah well--next time!
